Solely factor I did totally different was put half of an onion, an entire lemon and two sprigs of rosemary within the cavity of the hen. Then tied the legs with foil since I didn’t have kitchen twine. Got here out so moist and stuffed with taste. Can be making it for my husband when he comes again from his Non permanent Obligation Station. Thanks for the recipe 🙂
