Kenya’s Beatrice Chebet shatters girls’s 10,000m document at Pre Traditional

The ladies’s 10,000m world document was damaged on Saturday on the Prefontaine Traditional in Eugene, Ore. Kenya’s Beatrice Chebet, the reigning world XC champion, turned the primary lady to run beneath 29 minutes for 10K, with a stunning time of 28:54.14.

Chebet broke the earlier document of 29:01.03 by seven seconds, set by Ethiopia’s Letesenbet Gidey on the 2021 FBK Video games within the Netherlands.
