Made it Via a Wet Spell – BionicOldGuy

We’ve had Appreciable rain this week, which is nice as a result of it will get us again on schedule for rainfall this season. However it hasn’t been as nice for using. Tuesday was forecast to be scattered showers within the morning so I went for a journey and it turned out to be just about regular rain. I continued anyway, remembering the motto my brother taught me “when you’re gonna be dumb, you gotta be robust”. Luckily I had fairly good rain gear so didn’t get too moist. Much less happily, I obtained a flat a number of miles from dwelling. It was only a gradual leak although, so I used to be in a position to pump it up, journey about 1/2 mile, then repeat when it went flat once more. I now have a thornproof tube on that wheel so hopefully it will likely be extra dependable sooner or later. Wednesday was regular rain once more so I simply rode my stationary bike and did my higher physique exercise. Lastly we have been previous this yesterday and I truly noticed the solar on my journey. A number of good days at the moment are forecast till by way of Christmas.
